These 3D printed symbols were originally designed by VolksSwitch to be used with children and adults with visual impairments. They can be paired with core word instruction to help with communication. These symbols are printed in color with contrasting colors on the top to assist with visual impairments. Each different part of speech is a different color and shape to assist with tactile recognition. The English word is printed on the sides of the symbols to assist with recognition. These symbols have a recess on the back for a 10mm Velcro circle to be added. They can be used on an Invisiboard or a Black Trifold board.
